ADHD Coaching for professionals and entrepreneurs.

ADHD Coaching services are varied but after getting to know some of your history, needs, and aspirations we frequently begin with 1 to 2 hour one-on-one individualized coaching sessions.

We have helped our clients with:

Attention: Difficulty focusing on tasks, especially on those less interesting. Also sensory stimulation such as sight, or sound can distract.

Time processing: Intentionally delayed starts (procrastination), late departure and/or late arrival to appointments/meetings. Over planning (efforts yield diminishing returns), under planning (insufficient efforts yield additional required efforts later). Poor planning.

Organizing: Difficulty architecting, structuring and maintaining outer materials or inner thoughts. Also difficulty in remembering where things are, or deadlines.

Impulsivity: Acting before appropriate consideration has been given. Can lead to problems in relationships (family and work), and finances.

Hyperactivity: May interrupt others often, especially in stimulating environments.

Frequent co-occurring conditions: Anxiety, depression, sleep issues, possibly with lower self-esteem.

Executive Function: In cognitive science and neuropsychology, executive functions are a set of cognitive processes that are necessary for the cognitive control of behavior: selecting and successfully monitoring behaviors that facilitate the attainment of chosen goals.
